Unkown

Turn simple frozen fruit into a soft, fluffy "snow" bowl with this elegant, minimal dessert that melts instantly on the tongue for a naturally cooling summer experience.
Prep time: 10 minutes (plus freezing) | Serves 2 to 3
Shaved Ice Base:
➤ 1 cup Pluckk Frozen Strawberries
➤ 2–3 Large Watermelon slices (seeds removed and frozen solid)
➤ 2–3 tbsp. Sweetened Condensed Milk
Garnish:
➤ 2–3 Fresh Mint leaves (one per serving)
➤ Cut the watermelon into medium-thick slices, remove all seeds, and freeze flat on a tray for 4–6 hours or overnight until rock solid.
➤ Ensure the Pluckk Frozen Strawberries are deeply frozen; the colder the fruit, the fluffier the "snow" texture.
➤ Place your serving bowls in the freezer for 10 minutes before assembling to prevent the shaved ice from melting too quickly.
➤ If your kitchen is warm, chill your grater in the freezer for a few minutes before use.
➤ Take the chilled bowls out of the freezer.
➤ Using a fine or medium grater, grate the Pluckk Frozen Strawberries directly into the bowls to create a soft, vibrant pink base layer.
➤ Grate the frozen watermelon slices over the strawberry layer, allowing the icy flakes to pile up into a light, airy mound.
➤ Gently shape the "snow" into a dome with a spoon, being careful not to press down or pack it tightly.
➤ Lightly drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the top in thin, elegant lines.
➤ Garnish each bowl with a fresh mint leaf for a pop of color and aroma.
➤ Serve immediately while the texture is fluffy and cloud-like.
