Shelf Life and Storage

Carrot Orange carries a shelf life of 3 to 4 days although it is best eaten fresh. You can keep it in the fridge to get some more time on the shelf life. Cut off the greens to avoid moisture buildup causing them to wilt faster. Avoid washing them before storing them. Certain fruits like bananas and apples produce ethylene gas that can spoil carrots so keep them away as well.
