How to make Chef Neha's Tandoori Malai Broccoli??

Ingredients: 
- 1 medium broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 cup Hung curd
- 1/2 cup Fresh malai
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp Ginger- chilli paste
- 2 tbsp Roasted besan
- 1/4 cup Grated cheese
- Butter, to brush

To serve:
Green chutney
Onion salad
Lemon wedges

Method:
- To start with, blanch the broccoli florets, strain and set aside.
- Now, mix all the other ingredients to make the marinade.
- Mix in the florets and them with the marination generously.
- Place them into the air fryer and grill at 200°C for 10-12 mins or till grilled well.
- Remove, brush with butter, serve hot and enjoy!!
