'Tis the season for healthy evening snacks.... enjoy the incoming monsoons with our delicious Sweet Potato Chaat recipe.

Makes 2 portions 

Ingredients: (Serves 2)
* 2.5 cups of boiled & chopped Sweet Potato
* 1 cup chopped Tomato
*1 cup chopped onion
* ½ cup chopped cucumber
* 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
* 2 tbsp dates tamarind chutney
* 2 tbsp lime juice
* ½ teaspoon salt
* ½ teaspoon coriander powder
* ½ teaspoon jeera powder
* ½ teaspoon chilli powder
* Pinch of Hing powder
* ½ teaspoon chaat masala
* 1 tbsp any neutral oil

Recipe:

Boiling sweet potato:
- Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly
- Place them in a bowl and inside a pressure cooker and let it cook for 2 whistles
- Chop these into medium-sized dices once they have cooled down. 

Making the chaat:
- Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil
- Add hing, coriander powder, jeera powder, chilli powder and salt. Make sure the oil is not too hot so that the spices don’t burn. Immediately add the sweet potatoes and toss them till coated with the spice. Switch off the heat.
- In a bowl mix these with all the other ingredients and adjust seasoning
- For an extra spicy kick, you can add some chopped chillies on top
