This flavoursome Asian recipe for sautéed Pak Choy is easy to make and even easier to eat!
Cook Time: 15 minutes | Serves 4
Ingredients:
➤ 200 gms Pak Choy
➤ 3 tbsps Olive Oil/ Avocado Oil
➤ 2 tbsps Ginger (minced)
➤ 2 tbsps Garlic (minced)
➤ 3 to 4 tbsps Soy Sauce
➤ 2 tbsps Rice Vinegar
➤ 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
➤ Tobasco (few drops/ optional)
Preparation
➤ Take your Pak Choy, wash it & pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
➤ Slice it down the middle and keep it aside.
➤ Finely mince the ginger & garlic.
Cooking
➤ Take a cast iron skillet or any heavy pan.
➤ Sauté the minced ginger and garlic in oil for about 30 seconds.
➤ Place the pak choy flat side down.
➤ Pour in the soy sauce, Tobasco, and rice vinegar.
➤ Cover this with a lid and cook for 5 minutes until the Pak Choy becomes tender.
➤ Place the pak choy on a plate along with the juices from the pan. Drizzle with sesame oil.
