Did you know Broccoli boasts more protein than most other vegetables?

- Prep time: 15 mins
- Cooking time: 10 mins 
- Total time: 25 mins 
- Makes 2 portions

- Broccoli Florets: 150 gms
- Zucchini: 2 tbsp
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Ginger: 1 tsp
- Sauteed Peanuts: 1 tbsp
- Lemon: 1 tbsp
- Honey: 2 tsp
- Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
- Pepper: ½ tsp
- Salt: as per taste

- Heat some oil in a wok and add chilli powder. Immediately add the broccoli florets and sautee. Cover and cook till there is a bite to it but still soft.
- In a separate wok add oil and once it begins to heat, add minced garlic and ginger. Fry till crispy
- Combine lemon, honey and pepper to form a dressed
- Combine everything together, add peanuts and diced zucchini. Season with salt.
