This Power Protein Salad Combo contains:
- Mixed Sprouts: 200g
- Pomegranate: 1pc
- Shelled Sweet Corn: 250g
- Cucumber: 1pc
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed sprouts
- 1/2 cup of pomegranate arils and shelled sweet corn (each)
- 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 medium-sized Cucumber (diced)
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice (each)
- Salt and peper as per taste
How to Make Protein Power Salad Combo?
- Rinse the mixed sprouts in cold water thoroughly and drain them.
- Boil-shelled sweet corn for a few minutes until they turn tender.
- Take a large bowl, and add the mixed sprouts, boiled kernels, pomegranate arils, chopped cilantro, and diced cucumber.
- Take a separate small bowl, add extra virgin oil, lemon juice, pepper, and salt as per taste for dressing.
- Next, put the dressing on the salad you prepared earlier and toss it gently to combine.
- Add Chaat or other seasoning as needed.
- Serve it fresh or refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
