Pineapple Coconut Cooler

Ingredients:

The Tropical Base:
➤ 1 bottle (250 ml) Pluckk Pineapple Juice
➤ 1 bottle Pluckk Tender Coconut Water
➤ 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
➤ 1 tbsp. Honey (optional)
➤ Ice cubes (as required)

Garnish:
➤ 2 Pineapple Wedges
➤ Fresh Mint leaves (optional)

 

Preparation:

➤ Chill the Pluckk Pineapple Juice and Pluckk Tender Coconut Water thoroughly.
➤ Squeeze a fresh lime to get 1 tablespoon of juice.
➤ Cut two small wedges of fresh pineapple for the garnish.
➤ If using honey, whisk it into the lime juice first so it dissolves easily.

 

To assemble the Pineapple Coconut Cooler:

➤ Fill two tall glasses generously with ice cubes.
➤ In a separate pitcher or jug, combine the chilled Pluckk Pineapple Juice and Pluckk Tender Coconut Water.
➤ Stir in the lime juice (and honey mixture) until well combined.
➤ Divide the mixture equally between the two ice-filled glasses.
