Call it Veg Makhani or Veg Makhanwala, it is a buttery and rich cream-based gravy that uses veggies, topped with cashews to give your taste buds a treat. With Pluckk' Veg Makanwala Mix, you get pre-portioned and pre-cut carrots, cauliflower, french beans green peas, garlic, baby corn, and ginger that you can use in your Veg Makhaanwala and make it forever unforgetful. 


This mix contains:
- Carrot: 40g
- Cauliflower: 40g
- French Beans: 40g
- Ginger: 10g
- Garlic: 5g
- Green Peas: 40g
- Baby Corn: 25g

How To Enjoy Your Veg Makhanwala Mix?

- Saute these vegetables (until partially cooked) in a greased pan on high heat (with garlic)
- In a blender, add soaked cashews along with tomato to make the makhanwala gravy
- In a pan, take some ghee and add ginger-garlic paste. cook this for 5 minutes and add in the makhanwala gravy. Cook for 7 minutes add in the spice (whole/powdered) and cook on medium-low heat until the fat separates
- Add half a cup of water and your semi-cooked vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes
- Serve hot with a garnish of coriander.
