With pre-portioned servings for two, this mix provides you with all the ingredients you need to prepare lip-smacking parathas just the way you like them. The nutrients from the veggies and the mouth-watering taste of parathas are designed to satisfy your hunger unless you end up finishing it all by yourself.
This mix contains:
- Cauliflower (230 Gms)
- Spices and condiments (5 Gms)
- Ginger- Garlic Paste (10 Gms)
- Coriander (3 Gms)
- Green Chillies (2 Gms)
- Prepare the dough: Mix whole wheat flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough. Cover the dough and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle, add a spoonful of the Gobhi mix filling, and fold the edges to form a ball. Flatten the ball and roll it out into a thin circle.
- Cook the paratha: Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Cook the paratha until both sides are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve: Serve the Gobhi paratha hot with yogurt or pickle, or as a side dish with any meal.
