Controlled Environment: Mangoes are placed in special ripening chambers where temperature, humidity, and airflow are carefully controlled.

Ethylene Gas: A natural ripening agent produced by fruits, is introduced into the chamber. This gas helps speed up the ripening process.

Monitoring: The ripening process is closely monitored by our professionals to ensure that mangoes ripen evenly and safely.

Optimal Conditions: Mangoes are kept at optimal conditions for ripening, which include specific temperatures and humidity levels.

Quality Control: Quality checks are performed throughout the ripening process to ensure that mangoes ripen uniformly and without any damage.

Shelf life & storage
Mango Alphonso has a shelf life of  3 days in room temperature based on its ripeness. To store your mangoes for a longer time - Keep refrigerated!
