Ingredients:

- 5 to 7 whole Kimia dates

- 1 large frozen banana, sliced

- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

- Pit the Dates: Use a small knife to make a shallow slit in each Kimia date and remove the hard pit by hand.

- Prepare the Base: Place the pitted dates and the frozen banana slices into a high-speed blender.

- Add the Texture: Add the walnuts, shredded coconut, and cinnamon to the blender.

- Blend: Pour in the milk or oat milk. Blend on high speed until the mixture is thick, smooth, and creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a splash more milk.

- Garnish and Serve: Pour the Majoon into a tall glass. Top with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and an extra pinch of cinnamon for aroma. Serve immediately while cold.
