Litchi Blush Fizz

Experience this bright, elegant summer cooler that combines tropical pineapple and zesty lime with a soft, baby-pink litchi and berry fizz for a stunning layered effect.

Ingredients:

The Golden Base:
➤ 1 bottle (250 ml) Pluckk Pineapple Juice
➤ 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
➤ Ice cubes (as required)

The Pink Fizz Top:
➤ 1 bottle (250 ml) Pluckk Litchi Juice
➤ 30–40 ml Pluckk Mixed Berries Juice
➤ 150–200 ml Sparkling Water or Soda (chilled)

Garnish:
➤ 2 Lime wheels
➤ Fresh Mint sprigs (optional)

 

Preparation:

➤ Chill all Pluckk juices and the sparkling water thoroughly before starting.
➤ Squeeze the lime to get 30 ml of fresh juice.
➤ Slice the lime into thin wheels for a polished garnish.
➤ In a separate small jug, gently stir together the Pluckk Litchi Juice, Pluckk Mixed Berries Juice, and sparkling water to create the soft pink mixture.

 

To assemble the Litchi Blush Fizz:

➤ Fill two tall, narrow clear glasses generously with ice cubes to help support the layers.
➤ Divide the Pluckk Pineapple Juice and the fresh lime juice equally between the two glasses to create the sunny yellow base.
➤ To create the layered effect, slowly pour the pink litchi mixture over the back of a spoon or along the inside edge of each glass so it settles on top of the pineapple layer.
➤ Do not stir the drink; let the colors remain distinct for the best visual "sunset" impact.
➤ Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim or a fresh mint sprig.
➤ Serve immediately while chilled and fizzy to enjoy the crisp, fruit-forward flavors.
