Cook Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 2 to 3
Ingredients:
➤ 1 ripe Banana (peeled and sliced)
➤ 2 Green/ Golden Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
➤ A handful of Baby Spinach
➤ A few sprigs of Mint
➤ ½ a cup of Water
➤ ½ a Lemon (juiced)
Preparation:
➤ Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.
To Serve:
➤ Pour this over a chilled glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
