Cook Time:
5 minutes | Serves: 2 to 3 

Ingredients:

1 ripe Banana (peeled and sliced)
2 Green/ Golden Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
A handful of Baby Spinach
A few sprigs of Mint
½ a cup of Water
½ a Lemon (juiced)

Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. 

To Serve:
Pour this over a chilled glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
