Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (unsalted)
- Coconut Chunks
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or coconut)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

- Roast Peanuts: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add peanuts and roast until lightly golden and aromatic. Set aside.

- Cook Coconut: In the same pan, add oil and heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add chopped green chilies and coconut. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the coconut turns golden brown.

- Blend: Transfer the coconut mixture to a blender or food processor. Add roasted peanuts, turmeric powder, sugar (if using), and salt. Blend to a coarse paste.

- Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve as a chutney with rice, chapati, or as a side dish.
