Coconut Berry Cloud

Indulge in this trendy café-style beverage where a fluffy, berry-infused cream "cloud" floats atop crisp, chilled coconut water for a refreshing and visually stunning summer treat.

Prep time: 10 minutes | Serves 2

Ingredients:

Cloud Base:
➤ 1 bottle (250 ml) Pluckk Tender Coconut Water
➤ 1/2 cup Pluckk Frozen Berries (blended into a smooth purée)
➤ 1/2 cup Whipped Cream (beaten to soft peaks)
➤ 1 tbsp. Honey (optional/to taste)
➤ Ice cubes (as required)

Garnish:
➤ A few Frozen Berries
➤ Fresh Mint leaves

 

Preparation:

➤ Chill the Pluckk Tender Coconut Water thoroughly before serving.
➤ Blend the frozen berries until smooth; strain if you prefer a seedless cream.
➤ Whip the cream until it reaches soft, billowy peaks.
➤ Gently fold the blended berry purée and honey into the whipped cream until well combined and "cloud-like."

 

To assemble the Coconut Berry Cloud:

➤ Fill two elegant glasses with a few ice cubes.
➤ Divide the chilled Pluckk Tender Coconut Water equally between the glasses, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
➤ Using a spoon, gently dollop the berry cream over the coconut water to create the "cloud" layer. ➤ Allow the cream to slightly swirl into the clear water for a beautiful marbled effect.
➤ Garnish with a few whole frozen berries and a sprig of mint on top.
➤ Serve immediately with a straw or a long spoon to enjoy the creamy and crisp layers together.
