On the sweet occasion of World Chocolate Day, we thought of the perfect recipe to enjoy during the season’s monsoons.
Our Chocolate Fondue recipe is guaranteed to brighten your day with the freshness of fruits & leave a touching imprint on the soul with a wholesome ganache. So, without further ado, let us get into it!
For this recipe, you will need:
Chocolate Ganache
- Butter or Coconut Oil: 3 tbsp
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate (grated finely) or Chocolate Chips: 400 gms.
- Milk: 100 ml
Seasonal Fruits
Apples Fuji: 2 pcs
Orange Valencia: 2 pcs
Dragon fruit: 2 pcs
Kiwi: 2 pcs
Grapefruit: 1 Pc
½ a cup of Marshmallow (optional)
Feel free to add addtional fruits of your choice as well
How to make this recipe:
- Cut the fruits into medium-sized dices & skewer them onto a wooden stick.
- In a pan, heat the milk & bring it to a simmer.
- Add butter/ coconut oil, while on low flame & melt in your chocolate.
- Once the chocolate has melted completely, turn the flame off.
- Transfer the ganache to a fondue pot & serve with skewered fruits.
- Voila, your Chocolate fondue is ready to eat!
