You don’t have to wait for a cheat day to have your favourite pizza with this recipe. This low-carb base is packed with vitamins and minerals. Being naturally gluten-free and grain-free, this is perfect for all who want to eat healthy and tasty.

Ingredients: Serves 1
For the cauli rice crust
- 200g Pluckk Cauli rice
- 2-3 tablespoons flax seeds crushed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour or almond flour
- 2 tsp cornflour or oats flour
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- salt to taste

For the toppings
- 1 Pluckk pizza prep kit or
- 1/2 yellow/red bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/2 cup boiled corn
- 4-5 mushroom florets
- Few basil leaves
- Chilli flakes
- Oregano
- Optional: cheese (avoid if you are trying a low carb diet)
- Optional: vegetables of your choice

For the sauce
- Readymade pizza sauce as per your choice of pesto, marinara or just pureed tomatoes

How to make the cauli rice base pizza:
- In a large bowl take the ready Pluckk Cauli rice and add the crushed flax seeds, flour, oregano & salt and mix well until it forms into a dough.
- If it is not binding well, add some flour until it combines well to form a dough/ball.
- Ensure that there is no water in the cauli rice, if you wish to rinse it, it is important that all the water is drained out of the cauli rice.
- On a parchment paper take the dough ball and press the dough into an even circle shape. 
- Ensure that it is event throughout when pressing the dough
- In a preheated oven, bake the cauli crust we have just prepared for 20-25 mins approx at 200 degrees or until its golden brown
- Once the crust is ready, take it out of the oven, and add the sauce, toppings, herbs & cheese as required.
- Bake in the oven for another 8-10 mins or until you think the pizza is ready
- Serve hot and enjoy your pizza guilt-free!
