Make this savoury mushroom dish when you're short on time but don't want to skimp on flavours. 

Cook Time: 35 minutes | Serves 2


Ingredients:
➤ 500 gms Button Mushrooms
➤ 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
➤ 3 tsp. Olive Oil
➤ 1/2 of an Onion
➤ 3 cloves Garlic
➤ 3 tsp. Spring Onion
➤ 3 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
➤ 3 tsp. Tobasco Sauce
➤ Salt
➤ Pepper
➤ 1.5 tbsp. Dry White Wine
 

Preparation
➤ Clean the mushrooms individually with a damp paper towel. 
➤ Mince the garlic finely. 
➤ Chop the onion into fine dice. 
➤ Chop the spring onion for garnishing. 

Cooking
➤ In a pan, add some butter and oil.
➤ Add some onions and cook them on medium flame. After 2 minutes add in the garlic.
➤ Turn on the flame and add in the sliced mushrooms. 
➤ Cook this over high heat till the mushroom loses out all its water content. 
➤ Once the mushroom has been cooking in its own juices, add salt and pepper. 
➤ Cook this for 5/10 more minutes until the mushrooms are beautifully charred. 
➤ Deglaze the pan with white wine & transfer onto a plate. 
➤ Garnish with some freshly chopped spring onions and dig in!
