Avocado Indian has a pebbly skin that turns greenish-black to purplish-black when ripe. Typically pear or oval-shaped and of medium to large size, each avocado weighs 200-250g. Texture-wise, it is velvety and rich, easily melting in your mouth. The taste is nutty and mild, with a slightly earthy and buttery flavor.
