Ingredients: Serves 1-2
For the Salad Dressing:
🥭 Green chilli – 2 to 3 Optional Birds eye chilli for those with a spice tolerance
🥭 Ginger – 1/2 inch piece or lesser
🥭 Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
🥭 Honey – 1 tsp (optional if you don’t like sweet and spicy you can avoid honey)
🥭 Soy sauce – 1 tsp
For the Salad:
🥭1 Riped Alphonso Mango or mango of your choice
🥭1 julienned carrot
🥭1 julienned cucumber
🥭1 julienned raw mango
🥭1 chopped tomato
🥭1/2 bowl of brown chana sprouts
How to prepare the Salad:
